Samsung Health enables you to set personalized goals tailored to your own level and continuously track your daily condition. This includes monitoring activity amount, workout intensity, heart rate, stress levels, and even oxygen saturation in the blood. Users can also record their daily meals and snacks, which assists in forming healthy eating habits.

System Requirements and Limitations

The app is designed for fitness and wellness purposes only and is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, nor for cure or mitigation. It requires Android 10.0 or later to function. The Knox-enabled Samsung Health service is available on Samsung Galaxy models released after August 2016 but will not operate on rooted mobile devices. It’s also important to note that tablets and some mobile devices are not supported, and specific features may vary based on the user’s country, region, network carrier, or device model. The app supports over 70 languages, including English, French, and Chinese.
